Returns Policy

Please note, if we posted it and can prove this with receipt, we cannot take responsibility of the package not arriving as sent.

We offer a return on the product within 8 days of purchase. The product cannot be sent back used, read or damaged. There must be a respectable explanation as to why the consumer wishes to return the item - disliking the content is not an acceptable reason. The consumer should include the reason for return in an email to us. The customer must pay for packaging both ways in order to return the item. The customer will receive a refund for the product only - this does not include packaging or postage.
A full return for the product cannot be dealt with until the product is returned in perfect condition.
